Why the spine matters

The spine supports movement, posture, and communication between the brain and body.

When spinal function is compromised, it can affect mobility, coordination and overall wellbeing.

Through gentle, evidence-based chiropractic care we assess how your spine and nervous system are functioning, giving you a clearer understanding of your body and what it needs to improve.

Dr Andy Jin, chiropractor at Langford Chiropractic
CHIROPRACTOR

Dr Andy Jin

Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic

Dr Andy was interested in healthcare from a young age, so becoming a chiropractor felt like a natural path. He completed a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic at Murdoch University. He’s passionate about helping people feel better, move well and get back to the things they enjoy.

His clinical approach started with one question: why do so many people get short-term relief but never fully recover? That question led him to develop an integrated approach to spinal care that looks for the root cause of a problem, rather than only treating the symptoms.

Dr Andy puts a strong emphasis on structured care. He believes meaningful progress starts with understanding what’s driving a problem, not just responding to where it hurts. This thinking shapes how Langford Chiropractic works, from our assessments to the care plans we build around each person.

Dr Andy grew up in multicultural Malaysia and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay and Foochow, so he can connect with patients from a wide range of backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, he’s a keen sportsman who enjoys badminton, basketball and time at the gym.

His goal is simple: to help people understand their bodies better and make changes that lead to lasting improvements in their health and quality of life.

Dr Tiffany Leung, chiropractor at Langford Chiropractic
CHIROPRACTOR

Dr Tiffany Leung

Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic

Dr Tiffany graduated with distinction from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic.

She sees chiropractic care as a way to support balance and alignment in the spine and nervous system. She believes the body is inherently capable and adaptable, and that how well we handle life’s challenges depends closely on how well the body is functioning. Given the right environment, the body can function and express health at a high level.

Dr Tiffany has a particular interest in pregnancy, postpartum and early family care. She also enjoys helping patients with optimising performance and long-term health, especially individuals and families who take a proactive approach to their wellbeing.

Dr Milford Ling, chiropractor at Langford Chiropractic
CHIROPRACTOR

Dr Milford Ling

Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic

Dr Milford graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic Science and a Bachelor of Clinical Chiropractic. He became a chiropractor because he’s passionate about helping people move better, live healthier and perform at their best, whether that’s in everyday life, at work or in sport.

His approach to care is based on the belief that the body is highly adaptable when it’s given the right environment. He focuses on improving alignment, reducing stress on the nervous system, and giving patients the tools and understanding they need to take charge of their health in the long term.

Dr Milford regularly sees people with back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, muscle and joint discomfort, and reduced mobility. His goal is to help you move more comfortably, build confidence in your body and make positive changes that fit into your everyday life.

Outside the clinic, he likes to keep busy. You’ll usually find him exercising, experimenting in the kitchen or learning the bass (which he insists is the coolest instrument by far!).

Meet the full team

Too many people get short-term relief and never fully recover. So we take the time to understand what’s driving your problem, explain it clearly, and plan your care with you.

Our process

Care begins with understanding

01

Assess

We start by building a clear understanding of your body and your concerns, not just your symptoms.

We take time to understand your goals, concerns and lifestyle before anything else.

02

Diagnose

Detailed assessments that guide your care.

Assessments include digital X-rays and posture analysis, helping identify areas of stress, imbalance or reduced function so we can build a structured plan specific to you.

03

Plan

Care designed around you.

Based on your findings, we develop a personalised care plan outlining recommended care frequency, expected checkpoints, and ways to track progress over time. You’ll always understand what we’re focusing on and why.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What can I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit is focused on understanding how your body is functioning. We’ll take a detailed history and perform a comprehensive assessment, which may include movement testing, postural analysis and digital X-rays if clinically indicated.

This allows us to build a clear picture before making any recommendations. Your second visit is your report of findings, where we walk you through your results and outline a personalised care plan based on your assessment.

Will I be adjusted on the first visit?

In most cases, care begins after we’ve completed your first assessment and reviewed your results. This ensures that any care provided is appropriate and based on a clear understanding of your individual findings.

How many sessions will I need?

Care is based on your individual assessment findings, goals, and how your body responds over time. For some people, this may involve more frequent care initially, followed by a gradual reduction as function improves.

Your plan will always be explained clearly so you know what to expect.

Do I need a referral to book?

No referral is required. You can book directly with our team at a time that suits you.

Can you help with my specific condition?

We see people with a range of concerns, including back pain, neck pain, headaches and posture-related issues. We also see people who are looking to better understand how their body is functioning more broadly, including those managing more complex or long-term health concerns.

The best way to determine whether we’re the right fit for you is through a comprehensive assessment.

What makes Langford Chiropractic different?

We start by listening, then let a thorough, structured assessment guide the way forward. That combination of clinical experience and a clear, hands-on understanding of how your body is functioning means your care plan is built around you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

How do I get started?

The first step is booking an initial consultation. From there, we guide you through your assessment and outline the next steps with clarity.
